Mon/Wed
7-7:45 Crossfit
7:45-8:40 Weights
8:40-9 Cardio

Tues/Thurs
8- 8:40 Weights
8:40-9 Cardio
9:30-10:25 Swimming

Fri/Sat
{Unsure of my times on these but probably either 8-9 or 9-10 


good thing I bought some cute workout shorts this weekend — looks like I won’t be getting ready as often. 

2 h in a gym ?
